Is this phone compatible with verizon and metro pcs..?

Att, Sprint, TMobile and Metro say phone is not compatible and not in their system. Hello sim works with phone but download speed is only 1mps. Not good for some apps.

What is the Android version installed and can it be upgraded ??

It's Android 7. And I'm told from a guy who sells these that the firmware will not be updated. That concerns me slightly. On the other hand, all these Android apps are running just fine now on network radios that still use Android 4.4. So there's that.

If i get this radio, can i download the rc forb client and peanut on it? any network from metro pcs or changing my sim from metro and putting on it?

I have the device running on T-Mobile post paid with no issues.
