This product is delicious for cold coffee. We haven’t tried it hot. I would just say I wish it was ground finer. I refined it in my grinder and it went a long way.

Loved it for making Laotian iced coffee! Yum!

I bought 2 bags of this coffee. 1 for me and 1 for my sister. I bought them to be an ingredient in a pretty Thai agar agar dessert recipe that we saw on YouTube and wanted to try. Those beautiful dessert designs are fun to try. And those desserts can be modified to be very good on the Keto diet. Well, imagine my surprise when I looked at the bags and saw that this coffee has A LOT of carbs!!! This should have been clearly stated somewhere in the description!!! These cannot be returned so now I am stuck with 2 bags that I am still trying to figure out who to give to... I REALLY wanted to rate this as 1 star because of this oversight but I realize that my dietary requirements are not the norm. So I am giving it 3 stars. It might taste fabulous (I have been to Thailand in the past and remember the Thai coffee as being enjoyable) but since I cannot taste it I cannot rate this any higher...

very strong, well done, and needs truly to be brewed IMO. it mentions to sift it after pouring hot water into a mixture of 1 cup to 4 tablespoons, but THAT IS STRONG. I brewed 10 cups with half that amount and got basically espresso. HOWEVER it does not dissolve completely so treat it like grounds and note that it filters very slowly more so than grounds. so their method of a french press or pour into a cup and filter afterwards is best I gave it 4 stars for the amount of work, it is probably a 5 start in terms of traditional product and well done at that.

We used this product to make Thai coffee for our daughter’s wedding reception. It was easy to use and made delicious Thai coffee everyone loved-a big hit!
