This stuff has been a game changer for me. If your someone that struggles with anxiety, depression, low mood etc this is for you. I am so glad I’ve found these, I wish I would have found them sooner. I was looking for alternative to a benzoe (that I’ve been taking for years) and this is it! It gives you such a peaceful inner calmness I can’t quite put into words. I’ve been taking these GABA supplements and wow, my anxiety went from ‘panic hamster on a treadmill’ to ‘chill raccoon eating a grape.’ I feel calmer, more relaxed, and way less on edge, but not zoned out or sleepy, which is huge. That said, it’s not a miracle ‘turn me into a zen monk’ pill, so I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It definitely helps smooth out the chaos in my brain, just not enough to make me float off into enlightenment. Still, if your mind runs marathons and does parkour at 2-3am, this stuff is a solid teammate.

Product arrived on time and so far so good. Also the seller checked in with me which I thought was really special because these days, most people don’t do that. But it’s that extra touch that will make me repeat buy this product from that same seller. It’s always a little things. I haven’t really been taking it long enough to report anything other than that they are easy to swallow, and I’ve no issues with them. I’ll report more later when I finish the bottle. So far they have helped me sleep better and even dream again! I forgot what that felt like. I wake up feeling rested, not groggy. And even if that’s all they help me do, fall asleep sleep, stay asleep and dream, I would re-purchase these in a heartbeat! I used to buy almost all of these individual vitamins and supplements individually, and that was expensive! Finally I found a 10 in one that gets it done! Holly recommend this product so far. ..These are strong! The first night that I took two of these I think I woke up in the same position that I fell asleep in. I was completely out of it. I slept so hard it felt like I woke up in an entirely different century. For me these definitely work, so much so that I am only allowed to take one at a time.There is no unpleasant taste. The capsules are normal sized supplement capsules. I didn't have any difficulty swallowing them. I am honestly surprised at how effective this is, especially for the cost. I have purchased higher priced sleep supplements in the past, some were two even there times the price of these. I feel like I definitely got the value for money spent.I have to mention that I do not suffer from any pain, so I don't know if this helps with any type of pain relief, but it definitely works to relax the body.

This product works. Take about an hour before you plan to go to sleep for the night. I have been struggling with sleep. Note, I also take 20 mg of Melotonin, too, but sleep even better when I added this product. I have a friend who did a lot of research on it. Def recommend. Been using a couple of weeks.

It’s not a miracle cure, but for me it’s been a helpful supplement for stress relief and better sleep. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for natural support for relaxation.

Really good quality. Not as effective as I hoped. Some pain relief at nite is always good when you get older. Will buy again!
