Light, Breathable, and Perfect for Workouts
Light, Breathable, and Perfect for Workouts I’ve been using this Baleaf men’s running shirt for workouts, runs, and even casual wear, and it has quickly become one of my go-to athletic tees. The material is lightweight and breathable, with a nice bit of stretch that makes it easy to move in without feeling restrictive. The quick-dry fabric does exactly what it promises—sweat doesn’t linger, and the shirt dries fast after a run or gym session. That makes it especially comfortable during longer workouts where you’d otherwise feel weighed down by damp fabric. The cut is athletic but not skin-tight. On me (XL), it fits true to size with enough room for airflow without looking baggy. The fabric feels smooth against the skin and doesn’t cause irritation, which is a big plus for activities like running or lifting where friction can be an issue. The stitching and overall build are solid, holding up well after multiple washes with no shrinking or fading so far. A small but practical point: the shirt works well as a base layer under a hoodie or jacket since it doesn’t bunch up, but it’s also sharp enough to wear on its own thanks to the clean, simple design. The neutral gray color makes it versatile, pairing well with different shorts or joggers. The only thing to keep in mind is that, like most lightweight athletic fabrics, it’s not designed for warmth—this is definitely more of a warm-weather or indoor workout shirt. Bottom line: A well-made, comfortable, and breathable athletic tee that performs just as well for running and training as it does for casual wear. Great value and quality for anyone who needs a reliable quick-dry workout shirt.

Great shirts, but limited availability and slow shipping
I'm extremely pleased with these t-shirts! They are very comfortable for running, as they are lightweight, breathable, stretchy, and do a good job wicking moisture away. The end result is that I feel a lot cooler during my runs, and I get home much less of a sweat-ball than I used to. I also haven't had any issues so far with scent retention. I also find these t-shirts comfy as a sleep shirt, especially as someone who doesn't like feeling too hot overnight. And they look good as a general wear t-shirt. (At least, I think so!) Care-wise, they are pretty easy. They say you can put them in the dryer, and I have done so on low with no ill effects. (They also dry quite quickly on a drying rack.) With regard to fit, I would say they are true to size. I usually wear a medium in T-shirts, and the medium fits me like a normal medium T-shirt. That said, for running in particular, I like a bit of a tighter fit so the shirt can better wick moisture away, so I have elected to size down to a small to get that tighter fit. (And it's still quite comfortable because the shirt is stretchy.) The only negative about them is that the size and color availability is all over the place, and the shipping is ridiculously slow. I've bought close to a dozen of these shirts, but some of them took three weeks to get to me. So just be aware, while you will *eventually* get it, it might be a while.

Dad bod = XL, but nice shirt.
Really nice material, very comfortable. I’m 44, 5’10” & 215, I bought the large, I think I intended to buy XL. Fit is ok but a little bit long for my taste and the sleeves a little short. As expected it’s tight in the middle. I wish they produced a supplemental sizing like “Large-Dad Bod” for the rest of us who aren’t so Uber fit but still like to get the old ticker sped up now & then. It did develop a small run in the material after first washing but not too bad. Some would say to hand wash or run separately on gentle cycle but I fall into the “ain’t nobody got time for that” category. It’s got to hold up to getting drug out of a suitcase and into the machine with everything else, time will tell. Otherwise, I’m pretty happy with it for the price. If you’re the taller lean type guy like they’re fond of putting in the add pictures who likes to show off your guns then I think you’ll be happy with it. Average dudes might want to size up for physical & physcological comfort while working out.

Very happy customer
Great shirt. Great fit. Very comfortable. I have and will continue to buy Baleaf shirts for workouts and everyday wear. Very good value for the money compared to any other brand. An added bonus is that my wife really likes the shirts on me too.

Awesome workout shirt! Best bang for the buck!
Just bought a Peloton and wanted to buy a few moisture-wicking t-shirts. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money. So I spent a good amount of time searching Amazon for the best-reviewed moisture-wicking T-shirt for the money. Mind you, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something fancy -- just something that performed as it should. You have already seen the wealth of positive reviews for this shirt from BALEAF. Allow me to add my voice to the positive reviews. I am short, stocky, and wear a medium-sized Tee. I was a little fearful that I should go a size higher but I stuck to my guns, ordered a medium and it fits true to size. The tee is very lightweight, has a nice silky feel to it and while engaging in a heavy workout, it absorbs sweat while keeping it away from the skin. Someone complained in a review that this shirt retains body odor. I have been using a single shirt for more than one sweaty spin ride and the shirt does not retain any body odors. I don't try to push the usage of a single shirt so perhaps the person complaining was wearing the shirt more often than he should have. So, here we have a tee that doesn't cost a lot. That means I can pick up several. The shirt fits my normal tee size. It does a great job of keeping body sweat away from the skin. Seems to me this shirt hits all the checkmarks it should. I can see why everyone loves it. Count me in as another admirer who encourages you to consider this brand above any other in the budget range.

Runner Review
Test scenario: 20 miles, 6:40/mi avg pace, 75 degrees & muggy afternoon run. Lots and lots of sweat. This shirt is 100% polyester. It is very soft and has a little bit of flexibility but is not overly stretchy like some shirts. It is a slim fit such that a size M looks good on this 150 lb 6' frame. It is not skin-tight. When first putting it on, what immediately stood out to me was how light it was. The material is very thin, so thin that I expected it to be partially transparent, but this one is not (the neon green color). It feels good to wear because of its lightness and softness. During my run, it wicked away sweat well. The shirt does absorb a little bit of sweat but it never felt like a soaking towel against my body like some shirts -- just damp. And it stayed light, even when wet. When I got home and tried to wring it out, only a few drops came out -- when I do that with some of my other running shirts, it's like dumping out a cup of water. With my mileage, I've had an issue with nipple chafing, but this shirt didn't aggravate that issue. For a shirt of this quality from Nike, I would expect to pay $30-40. As a matter of fact, I have similar shirts from Nike, and that is what I paid for them. In other words, this is a steal and I'm happy with this purchase so far. If it survives a few wash cycles without falling apart, I'll buy some more. Note: On the care instructions tag, it says not to put it in the dryer. I'm not sure why, and I've never seen that in a running shirt before. It is kind of inconvenient, so I thought it might be important to mention.

Baeleaf messes with perfection.
This was my third time ordering this same shirt. Let me tell you, the first two (red and green) were honestly the BEST hot weather t shirts I’ve ever owned. It was a flattering athletic cut with a moisture wicking waffle weave pattern. When worn, those two almost feel like you aren’t wearing a shirt at all. Great for running and biking or just wearing around. Not lying when I say it’s the best shirt I own. However, I just ordered the orange one and it appears Baeleaf has changed the shirt even tho it is marketed the same. The waffle weave pattern is gone, the cut is different and now runs a bit large, and the material is heavier than it used to be. It’s still a comfortable shirt and I love the bright color of it in orange, but I would no longer run or bike in it, and it’s heavier on hot days. Why did Baeleaf change perfection? The previous two are 5+ stars, but 3 is the best I can do for the new style. Update: I noticed after checking again that although Baeleaf lists these all as one type, there are different style numbers. Style B seems to be the ones I got before that are AMAZING. Style A not so much. The wording is confusing and I wish I had known...

Perfect undershirt
These shirts are fantastic. The neck isnt too snug or loose(like almost ALL undershirts seem to be!! Wtf?) These are thin but not too thin where you see your skin color through them. I work in the desert heat and these help the most to keep me a bit cooler. Very happy I finally found undershirts that I like! I cannot believe how difficult it was to find something I didnt want to replace. Also, so far no staining on the pits etc like cotton and other fabrics do. Its still early on so not sure how they hold up with time but so far, very happy! Bought 5 to get through the week. Update: been a couple months now, many washes later and daily wear... I have no idea what people are complaining about with an odor but I have had zero issues at all! I hang dry mine after a wash using a small amount of detergent and vinegar together. I honestly only come back to update this because some of these reviews seriously came close to steering me away when these shirts have been my best find yet after many years of trying to find something I like that holds up. Should I need more, I wouldnt hesitate to buy these again! Update: the white shirts do tend to yellow and stain especially in the arm pits. Ive tried using heavy bleach and soaking etc and it just doesnt want to come out. I do love the shirts but the yellow staining definitely sucks. Trying darker colors soon
