Amazing stuff! Is helping me feel as normal as possible after stopping my hormonal bc! I switch areas of application & don’t take during my period week. It’s helping with hot cold, mood & relaxation. It has a very earthy peppery smell but I don’t mind it anymore. Just take a little getting used to. Love the benefits. It’s been saving me the last couple weeks. Great quality! Nice glass container too! Worth the price, you don’t need much at all & it will last me awhile even the small jar. Sinks in quite easily. Is a tad greasy so let it soak in before putting clothing on or it will stain.

Good consistency, great smell. I have only used it for a little over a week, but it seems like a great product so far.

I waited a few months before reviewing. I purchased in November and started using twice a day as directed on my wrists, but maybe not as much as suggested and still getting results. I was suffering from hot flashes multiple times throughout the day and getting very hot at night while sleeping causing me to wake up often. Seriously, after two days of application, I have had not one hot flash and am back to wearing all my normal clothes and not just short sleeves or sleeveless in the middle of winter! I would estimate this jar will last 2 1/2 to 3 months. A great price to pay for relief.

Background: I'm a 46 year old who has recently undergone surgical menopause (hysterectomy and oophorectomy). The first couple of weeks were okay, but then my mood swings were horrible and I started having hot flashes. A friend recommended wild yam cream, so I found this product and bought it because it looked promising and was a reasonable price. I have been using it twice daily, with each dose about 1/8 tsp for about 6 weeks now. I briefly tried using more, about 1/2 tsp, but it didn't improve my results, so I went back down. I'm only about halfway through my first jar. Results: within a few days, my mood seemed back to normal pre-surgery levels. The hot flashes seemed unchanged: not better, but not worse like some have reported. This also did not improve my newly achy joints at all. I like the smooth texture of the cream and the very light earthy smell. It is easy and pleasant to apply. REFRIGERATION: I noticed after using this cream for a couple of weeks, that it's supposed to be stored in the refrigerator. I then read that some reviewers have had this cream get moldy otherwise. I didn't want to have that experience, but I knew I would forget to use it if I kept it in the fridge. So, using a clean butter knife, I transfer about a week's worth into a tiny travel jar. The main jar stays in the fridge while the small jar is by my bedside. That way, it is less likely to mold; and even if it were to mold, only a small amount would be affected. Recommended? Yes, I would recommend this for the mood improvement alone

I'm not noticing a difference. I guess I need to consume the yams too.

It's hard to gauge if this is balancing me or not as I've only been using it for 2 weeks. I will say that it's a lovely cream that smells absolutely amazing. I will start by saying that I got my blood work done a few months ago and was told that I'm estrogen dominant, this was also right around the time I was skipping quite a few months of my cycle and hot flashes had stopped, the fact that I am now starting to get hotter at night is a slight indication to me that this product is working though because hot flashes are an indication of dropping estrogen levels.

I got it for my daughter and she loved it! She has less hormonal problems and less headaches when using it on a regular basis base.

Smells really good. Not sure if it’s helping with my hormones but it smells and feels good so I’ll keep trying it.
