I have been taking this for over a year now and I love it. Consistency for me is hard especially if i don't see results right away lol but I managed to be very consistent with this product and I have to say it has paid off! My brain fog, energy and skin has improved significantly in a first few weeks and at the 6 months mark other people have noticed the changes. I just turned 50 and people tell me I look 35 which is a huge compliment. But that's just the outside benefit.
