I’ve tried a lot of meal replacements over the years, and Kreatures of Habit MEAL ONE really stands out. The convenience alone is a huge win. it fits perfectly into my routine. What impressed me most is the nutrition profile. Getting 30g of plant-based protein with no added sugar is rare, and I love that it’s both gluten-free and dairy-free. It keeps me full for hours without feeling heavy. The variety pack is also a great touch because it lets you switch things up. Every flavor I tried was enjoyable, with a smooth texture and no chalky aftertaste (which is usually my biggest complaint with protein products). Overall, this has become a staple in my mornings and even as a quick lunch option when I’m busy. If you’re looking for something clean, filling, and genuinely tasty, this is definitely worth trying. I will most certainly have this in my pantry at all times.

Taste: I wanted to love this. I needed a good protein option for breakfast since I can’t eat eggs. The caramel flavored one was ok. Didn’t love the after taste of the protein powder but I could manage. Then I tried the vanilla and couldn’t finish half of it. The protein powder (I assume it’s this piece) just isn’t good. There’s a weird taste to it which I believe is the sweetener in it. Typically I can’t do any artificial sweetener, not even stevia. I looked for it on the ingredients list and didn’t see it but could have overlooked. Either way, I don’t see me finish this box off and definitely will not order again.

It is very gritty/ chalky. Love the 30g of protein and vitamin D but that odd mouth feel ruins it for me. Tried the variety pack and none of the flavors seem to redeem that texture. The roasted pumpkin seeds tried and were a nice touch...

The Oatmeal is meeehh. Its grainy and a bit chalky. A bit of bitter taste too. Def not something I would re-order. I rather make my own oats with some protein powder.
