Thank you thank you thank you
OMG!!! You have no idea how excited I was to see this vacuum still available for purchase. I don't care that it was reconditioned, because it looks brand new. I don't even need it because my original one still works perfectly. I can't imagine vacuuming my hardwood floors and low pile rugs with anything else. Without exaggerating even a little, this is the best vacuum cleaner for floors only ever designed at any price. Engineering perfection in every way, the looks, compact design to clean under furniture, easy to store in a tiny spot, stands up by itself, exhaust is down by your feet, long cord length, bagless, easy to empty with zero mess, easy to clean, extremely agile, lightweight, durable, quite. And now I have two!!!

Unpaid review and I LOVE this Little Sucker! Refurbished Comes with 2 brush heads.
This little stick vacuum amazes me and is so easly to use when I got it I was utterly amazed what it got out of my 8x10 thick rug. Yes the bin is small and I had to empty it EASY PEASEY with a push of the button over the trash can 4 times on the first vacuuming and guess what , my rug LOOKED visibly cleaner. I love love this thing and the dirt/dust bin is big enough to hold all the other debris from my shedding hound mix dog in one whole vacuuming session. Just when going over carpet in game room and the area rug I told you about it takes several bin empties because to the amount of stuff it sucks up. It is best for area rugs hardwood or laminate floors or carpet, did great on the berber carpet in game room. It is so light weight and the cord is very long that in my 2000 sq ft home I only have to switch receptacle 3 times to get everything. It makes vacuuming a joy but of course only does floors. I will definitely be throwing away my old stick vacuum that was hard to empty and had like a dust cup filter in it that I have. That one is gone now in the trash. I hope Shark will come out with and exact larger model with the bin down on the head next to the floor like this one and a suction hose attachment on the head would be awesome! Love this and highly recommend. I own a Kirby upright (good for dusting) This will be my main go to vac that is lightweight and so easily to use and SUCKS your floors clean.

THE VERY BEST
I purchased this unit as a spare because the model was discontinued. I own the same model for the last 6 years and it functions flawless, lots of power, great suction (way better than the “famous” name brands) very maneuverable, best of all very light in your hand. The no bag system makes it a no brainer to empty, three filters take care of the dust and pollen at the in and output ends. The cord is long enough for an your average home even if it only has two electrical outlets. The second unit was shipped with both brushes. Be aware, the unit does not have a hose for attachments such as a crevice tool, for me a minor inconvenience made up by the lightness of the whole unit. Recommend.

Best Upright Ever
We just love this vacuum. It is extremely powerful, easy to maneuver, and emptying the dirt is a breeze. I found no wear or scratches on the one I recently bought and believe that it was really new, not renewed. We have 4 cats and this unit easily catches the hair and litter box granules they track out of the box. The cord is longer than expected, another plus. It comes with only a single power roller but we use it on both our wooden floor and area rugs. It performs superbly on both. We cannot say enough good things about this marvelous vacuum.

Best vacuum, worst refurbished product
This is actually my 4th Shark Rocket PowerHead vacuum. I LOVE this product so much. It's lightweight, not top heavy, great suction, works for both carpet and wood floor, easy to maneuver, wonderful brush roller, decent size head width, and height adjustable. I love every aspect of it. Even though, I knew by my experience that it doesn't last many years, this is the best vacuum I ever found in the market. Too bad that it's discontinued. So, I grabbed this refurbished one when it became available, to have as my spare.... VERY disappointed. The vacuum does "work" for now. However, I immediately noticed the filters stink pretty badly. Then, I found there was a bunch of stinky dust/hair/lints still being stuck under the part where the brush roller attaches. I had to literally spend over an hour to clean and get those dirty stuff out. I expected for a refurbished product to be all taken apart and cleaned up before selling it.It came with a "Deep clean carpet brushroll" but missing a "Gentle touch hard floor brushroll" and a "holster" (these are supposed to come with this product).I cannot believe that they charged me $200 for this. If it's not a discontinued item and readily available somewhere else, I would definitely return this. I'm still going to keep it only because I already have both brushrolls and filters that I can use with this vacuum.

Better unit for function and price.
The Shark Rocket powerless is better than the newer products with the power unit in the handle. Vacuums a larger area, lighter weight in handle, stands upright by itself..does not need a hanging plate.

Worked great until it broke
Worked well for about a year and a couple of months. Then died. Bought it "certified refurbished" so I would stay away from that category or buy extended warranty if so.
