This is the best sugar for my coffee. Because it has these two combined sweetness, it not only DOES NOT affect the INSULIN, the Tagatose is a prebiotic and helps the microbiome. I had purchased only allulose when I ran out, it was not nothing like the the combo in this sweetener. I will not use anything else for my coffee. Great way to start ur morning!

This is very sweet and does have lingering taste. Packaged well, but plastic which is a major problem today. Texture is good.

I find this to be sweeter than Monk Fruit and the taste is right on target. I have only used it on oatmeal and have not cooked with it, but I will purchase it again.
