Top line filter system that purifies the water very well it's easy to use and makes the water not only pure to drink but also taste very good, I did have some problems after the first filter change but a call to Robert at iSpring took care of the problem right away the same day, if you are looking for a top notch filter system and good American based customer support this is the system or other iSpring systems are some of the very best with great customer service, and thank you for the help and great customer service

I purchased the iSpring RO5004F-AK about six months ago. Shortly after installing it, the unit began beeping because of an issue with the UV system. I contacted iSpring and spoke with Laurence, who was extremely helpful and explained how to reset the unit. That resolved the problem. Six months later, a similar issue occurred, but this time the lights were flashing and the beeping would not stop. I contacted Laurence again, and he immediately sent me a brand-new head unit—essentially a new RO5004F-AK, minus the filter cartridges. The replacement completely fixed the issue, and the system now runs even better than before. It is rare these days to find a company that responds so quickly and truly stands behind its products without giving customers the runaround. iSpring’s customer service has been outstanding. UPDATE: 1/24 - replacement unit failed within 3 days of install. Do not waste time or money with this product. There is a serious manufacturing and qc issue. UPDATE: 11/6 - customer service has shipped a new unit and is pending installation. I appreciate the response and will update the review once the new unit has been installed and tested. It’s been nothing but problem after problem with this filter. Within 1 week of installing it the filter started beeping non-stop. Contacted customer service and they said it just needed to be reset. I reset it. A week later same thing happens. I contact them and they say a part needs to be warrantied and they will send me one. I wait a week nothing, I contact them no response. Another week nothing. It has been close to 3 months now and you can’t even use the filter because it doesn’t flow properly and constantly beeps. No response from customer service and a $500 product that doesn’t work. Maybe this review will get their attention. Very disappointed.

This system was easy to install. We had an RO system we were renting from Culligan. This tastes SO much better and has more effective filtration. We have not had to contact customer service, which is good so I can't speak to that. I Recommend!

After a lot of research, we chose the iSpring RO5004F-AK, and in the end we’re glad we did. The water quality is absolutely excellent — crisp, clean, and better than bottled. The compact tankless design fits neatly under the sink, the system is quiet, and filter changes take just seconds. The built-in alkaline remineralization and UV sterilization were key reasons we went with this model, and they add real peace of mind. Our journey wasn’t without hiccups, though: The first unit stopped dispensing water completely within just a few hours of installation, we contacted the customer support and they promptly responded with some troubleshooting and problem detection routines. They sent us a new machine. The second unit dispensed normally, but developed a recurring issue where the lights would blink red during use — a behavior their team identified as a potential UV malfunction. The water quality itself was still perfect, but it required frequent resets to clear the blinking. To make sure we were fully satisfied and because of the issues, iSpring sent us a third machine as a back up, a slightly different but similar model, and this has been working great. Through all of this, iSpring’s support — especially Michele — was exceptional. She was prompt, professional, and always quick to connect with their technical team to find solutions. Everything was going good. Water taste great. However, my Sediment filter is now in need of replacement for over 2 months now and it’s been out of stock, seller stated stock should be available in May, here we are in June and it is still out of stock.

I’ll never choose to drink filtered water over RO water again if I have a choice. Taste so good and I’m getting minerals I need vs them being removed completely. Get it! You won’t regret it. No leaks, but I’ve heard they leak eventually so I put the unit in a short plastic tub under the sink just in case it ever does.
