what type of plastic material is this clip made of?

Not sure what type of plastic it’s made out of but they have been in my vehicle for about 7 months or so with zero issues.

will they fit for a 2011 Dodge Durango fender flare?

They work on Jeep Grand Cherokee flares and other Chrysler products, too, so there is a good chance they are the same.

Will it fit on 2020 ram rebel?

I have no idea, I ordered them for my 2012 GMC Terrain. And they fit exactly how they were supposed to. I love say that the old ones didn’t come out very easy. Especially the broken ones.
