New TV after 40 years.
This was a gift. The drivers who delivered it were fantastic. Set up was complicated for an elderly person but a visiting grandson helped out. The product delivers on quality and he is very happy.

Samsung alsways comes through
The tv is amazing! The 4k hdmi cables that came with it do not work at all. No connection, is all my tv kept saying. I ended up using my original Xbox hdmi cable. Great television, great graphics for gaming. And love the free channels.

The best
I know how quickly technology changes so you need to do your research, but I can readily say that this TV has the best picture available on a 65" TV monitor. It was easy to set up and it comes with Samsung reliability. The remote is simple and easy to use. The sound from the TV even without external speakers is quite good and in a smaller room you probably would not need external speakers. Picture is very high contrast and bright. I highly recommend this Samsung S95F to friends, family and anyone who wants a fantastic picture.

Don't order the bundle. You won't get what you ordered!
Don't order the bundle, you will never get it!!!!! Customer service was useless. No help whatsoever. That being said, the TV is fantastic!

Great TV! No more glare!
We love this TV. Specifically, we have large windows in our living room on every side with semitranslucent shades. When the sun is out, even on a day that wasn't that bright, we could see the windows reflected on our screen. The matte finish on this unit is AMAZING. On a sunny day, we can't see ANY reflection. Watching daytime TV is so much more enjoyable. This is the unit to buy if you have glare problems. My parents actually picked out the non-glare reducing TV completely independent of me, but they have a heavily shaded living room. I'm definitely glad I bought the matte version, but if you don't have glare in your room, you would be losing a small amount of brightness with this TV. One note is that this version has a OneConnect box on the back. It isn't centered so if you mount it on a wall, that side will weight more, and you may have to apply tilt correction. The integrated apps are snappy and work just as good as having an external streamer. I enjoy the brightness and color. My partner doesn't like bright TVs and it is easy to switch between modes. It has an EyeComfort mode, but for us, it didn't remove enough blue, so that may be one thing to checkout before buying this. But we are still very happy with this unit.

GREAT TV BUT
The HDMI cords that it came with were stapled shut and it did not come with the home theater book listed in the purchase of the TV. The TV after several run arounds was finally delivered

Beautiful video, flawed software.
A few complaints about the software. The picture is beautiful and the non-glare surface is effective at eliminating reflections from the windows opposite the TV. (1) I use Apple TV a a streaming device. Unfortunately, while it works to turn the TV off (using CEC), it does not work to turn it on. Apparently the HDMI port powers down after some time and does not respond to the Apple TV power up signal. I’ve done all the recommended settings changes and still no joy. So be prepared to keep two remotes handy if you want to be able to turn it on. (2) The settings screen is amazingly flaky. There are two ways to get to it; from the Home Screen and using the settings button in the remote. Weirdly, the available options differ depending on how you navigate there. For example, some settings icons (like Sound, I think) are disabled with a message “this setting is not available” when accessed through the Home Screen, but not when accessed from the remote settings button. Apparently, they either have ineffective QA or they lack professional Product Management.
