How much solution does this hold? It appears as more than a normal case

The Barrel case has a fill line to hold 6.25ml.

Does it leak if laid on it's side?

No I haven’t noticed any leaking. The lid screws on and is really long considering the size of the bottle. It’s a good case.

Does it indicate right or left?

Yes the sides of the baskets are marked for left and right.

Will sclera lenses (22mm) fit this basket?

Sclera lenses DO NOT fit in this basket. Otherwise, these are great cases.
