Good substitute for cornstarch
I appreciate organic foods. This is a great product to replace cornstarch for my gravy and sauces and baking. Thanks for a great product!

Product damaged but non returnable
I love this flour and have bought it many times. Unfortunately the flour arrived with a hole in the package and it got everywhere. I don’t feel comfortable using the flour when the bag has a hole in it, but it’s not returnable… I’m not sure how to contact the seller or anything. Sucks to have to eat the money in this economy.

Had more of a banana flavor than I thought it would.
I purchased this to use in baking. I have an animal based diet and wanted to switch out flour but still have some treats and thought using this for banana bread would be great and it was! Definitely not as moist as regular bananas bread but it was a great substitute. I also used it to make a pie crust and the banana flavor really came through which I expected.

Full of sandstones.
This plantain flour was received in 2 days after delivery, but when I used it for pancakes I realized it being mixed with sandstone i had no choice but trash it because i don’t want get sick of kidney stones. So sad wasting my time in kitchen of fixing this breakfast and this happened so sad.
