For trolling motor use you would divide the current draw of the motor into the number of amp hours to find out how long the battery would perform at that level.

Does this come with any 5/16 wing nuts for the studs or something's similar?

Yes it does. I'd have to go check, but I think it has a 3/8" stud for the positive and 5/16" for the negative, along with standard battery posts.

I hear these batteries are damaged if they go below 80% charge, is there a guarantee I will receive a fully charged battery?

My boat mechanic is a optima dealer he told me a standard battery charger will never get the battery to full charge you need to get a optima charger. I had a battery that wouldn’t charge. I used the optima charger and it finally got a full charge.
