Nice little, simple, black and white printer.
Can fast, with set up instructions, but no user manual. Prints well and easily from my iPhone.

Didn’t last a year
Bought it November ‘25, it quit working April ‘26. Will not connect to the router/internet. HP tech support was hard to reach and not able to help.

The refurbished copier is like new and works great
The copier is great— like new. However, no manual or instructions were included. Got it all from the internet and setup was easy. I’m happy with the purchase.

Good so far & great price
I know this is refurbished but was surprised that there is no HP Warranty per HP website. Printer will install either wifi or hard wired. I was surprised that to scan you have to have the HP app. You can't push a button on the printer to do this.

did not work with HP smart, but works with HPEasyStart
1. Requires to run HP smart, but HP Smart can not find this printer. Computer is stuck during installation. 2. Downloaded and installed HPEasyStart_17_2_17.exe, printer and scanner work fine. 3. I could not make the WiFi connection work. The tiny LCD window (13mm x 20mm) is so small. "err" appears when WiFi is pressed. it comes with 2 pages of WiFi Troubleshooting. If I do not know the LCD message and the buttons, I can not use these 2 pages troubleshooting instruction. In my case, HP smart setup did not work, while HPEasyStart_17_2_17.exe seems to work.

Easy setup and great refurbished item
setup was easy. It took a little tinkering with the online manual that I got thanks to the QR code that was given to me by the seller. The machine works great so far. It came with toner and so far so good. I'm using it for occasional documentation which requires lots of black ink and printing text; no color is no problem for me. I am pleasantly surprised how good the condition of the machine is. I can print on my iPhone or my Mac Mini via the local home wifi. It looks good as new!

Where's the instruction manuel?
Two weeks after receiving it...I'll write a new review if we ever figure out how to make this printer print. No instructions came with it. ....still no set-up...we paid a lot to get nothing.... I finally got it to print but it offers *NO options to change it from landscape to protrait or to change the size of the Font from huge to not huge so I will have to waste more time trying to guess whether these options were meant to be a reality or not.
