LivDry Adult XXL Incontinence Underwear, Overnight Comfort Absorbency, Leak Protection, XX-Large, 12-Pack

These LivDry overnight adult diapers are far and away better than any of the other diapers I have used. I weighed them on a kitchen scale and they are much heavier than the other brands such as always. They are much bulkier too, because when I tried to put them in my overnight bag, they wouldn't fit and I have to get a new bag. That's an OK problem to have! These diapers do not leak around the leg opening like my other ones, and that is without adding extra incontinence pads inside them like I do with my other diapers. The fit is pretty good for me, as good as you could expect a diaper to be I guess. They have to be bulky in certain areas in order to work. So they work and they are a little bulky but that's actually a plus.

These are my favorite briefs and they fit just right but I ordered the xl instead of the 2xl. Please adjust price and send 2xl. Overnight.p

Fabulous product! I have a UTI with bladder incontinence. Tried the heavy duty type pads, they would leak before I made it to the bathroom, or shift in my underwear. I was nervous using a full brief. They fit wonderfully, stay up over my butt and held up to the bladder output. The garment did not make me sweat. I am 5’6”, 350lbs, most of my weight is in my thighs and lower belly. Do yourself a favor and get them.

Not impressed. These are for bigger folks, and the waist is large enough for my husband, but the part that absorbs is not. There is not enough crotch material and these leak from the leg hole. They do not fit properly where it matters most. I'm going to go back to buying Depends in the largest size they make and have my husband tuck the top part under his belly. I'm running out of options for someone his size, and all these products are so expensive.

None of these types of products are perfect for large men as they will leak at times but this type is the best I have found for bedtime wear. Comfortable and fairly absorbent
