can it fit in a corsair 4000d series ?

Hi Charlie,

It will fit in front of the Corsair 4000 series but I would not recommend it since you will have very limited radiator support to cool your components.
5000 series is the perfect starting point to use the XD7 RGB pump/res.

Question 3

The pump is on at full power for the initial fill but no fluid is moving. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Please recheck your connections with the pump/reservoir combo as per the quick start guide on page 4.

Ports need to be configured in such a way that the loop is completed (inlets and outlets connected) so the coolant can flow.

What all do i need to hook this up? compression fittings, tubes, waterblock? what else? thanks!

Hi Skan,

For a complete custom cooling loop, you will need a pump/reservoir unit, compatible water blocks to cool your components (CPU, GPU), radiators with fans to dissipate heat, fittings, and tubing to connect all of the parts, and coolant to fill the system. For assembly, you may also need some additional tools, depends on the type of tubing that you plan to use.
