This is on a subscription for me. I use ot everyday. There is zero taste, dissolves well in liquid, no clumps and leaves no werid texture. I have graves diease and im in an active flare. This has helped me recover to build my muscle bad up. I lost 13 percent of my body weight and destroyed my muscle mass. This has helped me recover from workouts and I feel.has helped me with my skin issues.

Let's preface this with saying that I have texture issues with foods and liquids. My olfactory senses are more sensitive than most people's, don't be jealous it sucks. Certain textures and smells are gag inducing - this powder mixes in instantly and completely with no clumps and does not change the viscosity of coffee, tea, or water. No hint of grittiness at the end either. Any taste is very very mild and easily covered by creamer or whatever the powder is added to. I bought this to add to my daily coffee and will definitely use it. Highly recommend! Will update with long term use results Update - Just reordered this product. There is a flavor to it, but it is mild enough to be able to ignore it and again it is easily masked by what the powder is added to. Have I seen visible results? My hair has been growing faster, when it really didn't need to. The biggest difference I've noticed is in my finger and toenails, before using this on a daily basis they were brittle, curling, and extremely weak. They are now much stronger and I've been able to grow them out without worrying about them splitting or breaking constantly. This will definitely be a constant in my morning coffee
