The percentage of cacao in all our chocolate and chocolate products is 70%.

Can you provide carb, fat & protein percentages for a serving?

1 oz Calories 130 Fat 6g Carbs 17g Protein 2g

are these good for you? snack while trying lose weight? thanks

As with anything, self-control is evidently key. The delicious taste and some acknowledgement that these will satisfy some hunger [because of the natural fats in the almonds or cashews (another version from the same company) in this mix] will extend your need to treat this in any other way than dessert. Really good and can be eaten three or four at a time to help with a sweet tooth. Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index, if that matters.
