Nice massager. Works very well for relieving tension from neck. The adjustable settings allow for a very deep, aggressive massage at the highest setting, but the lower setting provides a gentle massage. The heat settings work well and provide a lot of warmth. I like that the massager can also be used as a very effective lower back massager.

This would be a great item if it would have not been too short across in the neck area. You simply could not enjoy the massage it was literally painful as it squeezed together not in a good way.

Exactly what I needed. I sit at a desk most of the day and my posture isn’t the best so my neck and shoulders are sore daily from sitting incorrectly. This neck/shoulders massager is exactly what I needed to reach those knots in my neck and shoulders. I wish I would have purchased sooner. I love that no plug is required so I can wear it while doing chores around the house or sitting on the couch away from a plug. Charging is fast and battery lasts a long time. The directions are easy to understand and it has good pressure and is very portable with the included bag. Overall I feel it was a good price for the quality.

This has been a huge relief while I wait for an appointment with my doctor. I am able to move it and position it for maximum effect to massage my neck and shoulder and the heat is an added relief. An excellent purchase.

I was unaware that this product was sold a used item. Had I known this i would’ve paid $60 bucks for it. I know that it is used because the box had been opened, it had not been sealed, the plastic packaging bags was wadded up under the travel bag and the item was in the travel bag, which was more expensive than one without the travel bag. The item had batteries in it and it didn’t have an owners manual or anything to say how to use it and what the control buttons are. New, slightly new or used should have been disclosed to the customer. Giving the customer a choice. That did not happen in this case. Very Disappointed!!

First time using it, helped me a lot, the heat is ok, if you're not used to or don't like a deep tissue massage, it could hurt, it has two settings, if you don't want the heat on , you can turn it off, like that it came with a bag , to put it in, takes my pain away .
