Package handled poorly by bluedart during transit.

Dear Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery service provided by Blue Dart. The shampoo bottle lid was damaged during transit, due to which the shampoo leaked completely inside the package. The parcel was poorly handled, and the product has become unusable. This reflects extremely careless service and has caused me inconvenience and financial loss. I request you to look into this matter seriously and provide a suitable resolution, including compensation or replacement, at the earliest. Kindly take strict measures to ensure better handling of packages in the future.
