This stainless steel pan is substantial; the pan weighs approximately 2 lbs, and with the handle, 2.5 lbs. After preheating the pan for 2-3 minutes on medium heat before adding oil (and then heating the oil), it did a very decent job of frying up boneless chicken breast strips without sticking. The aluminum core did allow for even heat distribution. Cleaning was fairly easy - allowed the pan to cool down before washing with a cloth/nylon scrub in warm sudsy water. To get the white marks off the bottom, I just added about a tablespoon of white vinegar to the soapy water, and it washed up instantly to where it shined like new after rinsing and drying thoroughly. The removable handle is made of a hard plastic and some metal pieces; it holds the weight of this pan well without any wobbling. Securing and removing the handle is easy, which is a nice space-saving feature, and the design of the handle makes it almost impossible to accidentally release the handle. During cooking (only low to medium-high), the handle stays cool to the touch. The lid is nicely designed with a notch for the handle, which I really appreciate. There is a small round steam hole that is opposite the handle; steam does escape there, but there is even more steam that comes out in the notch area where the handle is. It didn't seem to alter the stay cool handle, except near the edge of the pan. Overall, using stainless steel pans have their own steps to follow for care and maintenance, but they are a healthy alternative way to cook. When following those steps, this pan does a nice job.

This Inqiabee pan is pretty versatile, which is just what I was looking for. I like that it came packaged within a drawstring pouch, which definitely helps keep everything together when traveling or when storing the item. My initial goal was to get a useful cooking vessel for camping and travel that could be heated by campstove in the wild, and via induction cooker when in a place with electricity. This fits the bill for both of those, and it can also be used (within reason) inside an oven, too, or via electricity or gas stoves, or whatever. Nice. The things that I particularly like about this cookware include its detachable handle, which locks onto the pan in an innovative--and very secure--manner. If you've had issues with detachable handles in camping cookware before, you know what I mean. The depth of the pan is also useful, in that it allows routine skillet cooking as well as just about anything else, from stews to tortillas. I also like the clear top that lets you see what's going on while retaining heat. The pan itself heats quickly and evenly; just what you want in a pan. At this point, I'll be using the pan at home as well as in our travels, which attests to both its quality and versatility. Good product.

I picked up the 10-inch tri-ply sauté pan set, and I’m blown away by how well it cooks. The heat distribution is flawless, everything from searing steaks to sautéing veggies turns out perfectly even. Cleanup is a breeze, and it works on my induction cooktop. That said, the detachable handle feels surprisingly delicate. It attaches securely, but I’ve started treating it like a fragile porcelain doll passed down from my great-great grandparents, no roughhousing allowed! A little extra care when snapping it on and off goes a long way. Overall, this is my new go-to pan for home. Just remember to be gentle with the handle, and you’ll love it as much as I do!
