My daughter plays 2 travel sports along with fall, winter and spring school sports. We needed a new system to keep our busy schedules organized and in one place. This digital calendar was the perfect solution for our busy schedules. No more fridge calendar that I had to write out every month, cram everything into one space and keep up with. No more “I forgot to tell you” events popping up last minute and no more “well it wasn’t on the calendar” conversations.Set up took about 1 hour and within 30 minutes after set up, all existing events on all our phone calendars were on one family schedule. Android was very simple to sync to the system. Apple phones can be a little trickier but manageable. I love how all subscribed calendars will sync to the system even from the school and Sports Engine! Game Changer doesn’t automatically sync but it was extremely simple to manually add the events to the calendar. We all have the app on our phones and now can add events to the schedule and it will instantly update the home unit along with all our phone apps. I added her grand parents to the calendar and now, they can check the phone app and get game times and locations too. The phone app is very easy to use and is free to download.Aesthetically the screen of the main unit is simple and clean. It looks like a digital picture frame and scrolls our memories I uploaded when the screensaver comes on. As far as quality, the touch screen is very responsive and not pixelated. Colors are vibrant and you can select one for each person. The table mount is very sturdy. It’s now a routine in the morning that we all check the calendar before our day gets started. I purchased the 15.6 inch screen. It does not look crowded and is easy to read.Adding events on both the main unit and the app is quick and simple. We all prefer using the app over the built in calendars on our phones. I had one event that I clicked I was attending on Facebook and the event showed up on the calendar with time, location and even gave the event details!There is no monthly fee like other similar calendars, but does have some paid features we haven’t even tapped into yet. I love everything about this calendar and even though we have had it for only 2 weeks, I don’t know how we managed without it. I would highly recommend this for any family with busy schedules.There is one drawback, it’s a stretch but definitely not a dealbreaker. I found the outlet adapter a little bulky so I used a flat mount power strip/ surge protector behind the hutch it sits on so I could push the hutch back to the wall without a large gap. Other than that one tiny detail, this has been a great investment! I’m looking forward to tapping into more features.Update: I reached out to Game Changer and found a way to get all games and practices to sync to the calendar!!! We have a paid subscription to game changer so I’m not sure if this is available with the basic free option but now, this is amazing!!!! Love it! !

Excellent digital calendar: it is easy to use, intuitive, and very helpful for organizing tasks, appointments, and reminders. Its clean design and fast synchronization make it easy to keep everything under control. Highly recommended for improving daily organization.

BUYER BEWARE: Please read this review before you purchase this product.First, understand that this wall calendar does not work — bar-s/bar-none. The hardware seems okay but I wouldn't wish this software on my worst enemy. The phone applications do not work, full stop. They are broken beyond comprehension. Trying to use the apps (iPhone or Android) is an exercise in self-flagellation. Their APIs are broken and the phone apps refuse to communicate with the APIs. After downloading the app, you will find that you are completely incapable of registering an account to even begin the setup. Let me explain.The phone apps must communicate with a central server. To do that, the phone app speaks "HTTP" to the server where they host what's called an API (application programming interface). That API is the central system which receives and sends responses for all of the features of the app to work. You cannot even register an account using either the iPhone app or the Android app because you will immediately receive a "403" HTTP error. 403 means that the server understood that request being made (for example: "register new account" but it refused to process the request. I am a software engineer and I tested their API on my computer (talking to the server using a computer app) and the requests magically go through. So, I "registered" my account through the computer API tool thinking that it would maybe bypass whatever was preventing me from registering with the phone app. Wrong. When I went back to attempt to login (since my account exists now in their database) I received the same 403 error. This was tested on both my phone and my wife's phone.There's the generally bad overall issue that this software is made by non-native English speakers. Most of the verbiage is comprehensible but the important nuances are missing from any documentation about this tool. Speaking of the documentation, there is none. Their website for this product is laughable. It is the meridian of unhelpful. Their have no software documentation at all — especially no API documentation though that is not common since only nerds would be interested in those details. I digress, the huge disconnect in language makes setup and configuration of this product essentially a blind endeavor. If you can manage to get it to create an account and allow you to login, you'll still be met with clunky, non-user friendly, and buggy software that is likely not maintained in any meaningful way. To make this worst, there is no publicly available documentation on how to update the calendar's firmware (assuming they even publish those files). Their "troubleshooting" utility on their website is an impressively unhelpful LLM (large language model) chat bot that simply creates support tickets for you rather than offering any useful information before simply deferring you to their (presumably atrocious) support system. Also, though I am speculating, I would not trust that this "company" has the means to continue to improve upon their software or even continue to host its services (the API/central server is hosted by Amazon on their AWS platform, ironically) so that these don't become a brick once this random company disappears.I bought this as a gift for my wife. She has wanted one of these for a couple of years now and I thought this product would be a better alternative to the more expensive competitors who charge ridiculous yearly subscriptions for basic, everyday features. Turns out this company is no different and they also want $30 per year (for software and hardware that doesn't work) to (presumably) use features that do not work and should be included with the purchase of the product. I have never been so embarrassed sitting and watching my wife try to use her new gift only for it to callously refuse to work or provide any meaningful feedback to help us navigate the issues (why not explain what the error is for rather than providing some vague string "Bad response. Try again later."?).This experience has ruined my Christmas morning and I am revolted by the insane level of effort necessary to get one of these digital wall calendars to work — altogether — without shelling out money every year for basic features.

I simply plugged it in and connected it to Wi-Fi. I was able to sync my calendars from Google. It also allows you to add calendars from Outlook, if you need to. Events are populated automatically as you schedule them on your devices, ensuring that you get reminders for all important tasks or appointments. The touchscreen interface is intuitive and responsive, making it easy to access all individual tasks and plans, for everyone in the family.The 15.6-inch HD touch screen displays a wonderful picture visual with beautiful, vibrant colors and allows you to view all important details clearly from any angle. The calendar doubles as a photo frame. The visual quality is amazing with sharp resolution and displays all our family photos very clearly. Photos can be uploaded instantly and timed wishes can be sent directly to the frame, allowing you to stay connected with family and loved ones.My favorite feature about this calendar is organizing chores and responsibilities. The mobile app allows me to add and edit chores for all my kids from my phone. It's a game changer, when it comes to keeping track of everyone's responsibilities and ensuring that they complete their daily tasks. Additionally, I love cooking and this calender offers meal planning features, which have been extremely helpful considering my busy schedule and the fact that I'm always in a rush.It comes with a 1-year warranty and lifetime support, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, this calendar has exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ve been searching for something like this for a long time to help keep our family organized, but I didn’t want to spend a fortune on the name brand version. I found this one and decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! I just got it yesterday and have been setting it up, and honestly, it’s even better than I expected. Based on what I’ve seen in reviews of the name brand, this one actually has better features.I love that it connects with its own app and that multiple family members can use it at the same time. It completely replaces the other family organization app we were using (Maple), so I already canceled my subscription. Now we have something visible right at home, which is perfect because, let’s be honest sometimes we forget to check the app.Another great feature is the ability to share family photos, it doubles as a beautiful digital frame, which I love since we have so many pictures that just sit on our phones. I can also plan all our family meals, store recipes, make grocery lists, and even assign tasks to each family member with a rewards system. My 4yo is going to love earning stars for completing his tasks!Overall, this has been one of the best investments I’ve made for our home and my sanity. It’s functional, sleek, and truly makes family organization easier and more fun. Highly recommend!

I really like this digital calendar because it makes staying organized so much easier. The screen is clear, the time and date are easy to read, and it’s very convenient to have everything visible without always checking my phone. It has a clean, modern look that fits nicely anywhere. So far it works great and feels like a quality product.

After about 3 or 4 months, the screen starts glitching. Keeps blinking on and off constantly and you can’t do anything with it. I contacted customer support and it was difficult to communicate with them. A lot of misunderstandings and miscommunication due to what it seems to be a language barrier. Then they just don’t respond at all, so I’m just stuck with it the way it is. Sometimes it works for a few days, then back to the glitches. I’ll turn it completely off overnight and sometimes it fixes the issue, but the glitching always comes back. I would not recommend spending any amount of money on this. Too expensive and it doesn’t work!

It's a very attractive design.Assembly and set-up -There is no need to assemble anything. Initial setup is necessary and will take a couple of minutes to complete. You have to download the Frameo app to connect to the digital photo frame and download photos directly to it.Touch screen -The screen of the digital photo frame is touch sensitive. This makes it easy to do all the stuff on the screen directly. It feels like a digital tablet. You can manage many settings directly on the screen.Power supply -This is one of the areas I don’t like very much. The power supply to the digital photo frame is via a cable and there is no charging involved. This makes it necessary to plug-in the power cable always. Now if you need to hang this digital photo frame on the wall, this cable will be obvious and there is no way to hide it.Photo transfer -You can transfer photos on the phone directly to the digital photo frame using an app called Frameo. After initial set up, you just have to choose the photo, then select the digital photo frame in the next page, then write up a caption if you want one, select the most important part of a photo - this part the app will automatically focus on the important part and then hit the send photo button. That's pretty much it, your photo will be in the digital photo frame.There are some other settings you can adjust in the photo frame like how to show captions etc.Verdict -This is a beautiful digital photo frame. Picture quality is very crispy. Transferring photos from phone to photo frame is simple. Only thing I don’t like is the way it is powered. I prefer something less obvious than a black cable hanging from behind the digital photo frame while it's hung on the wall. I'm so far really enjoying this frame. It's a lot of fun to see my photos pop up and send new photos to the frame.I was concerned when I got this and set it on my shelf that it would be too bright. However it's not at all too bright. It looks a lot like just having a photo in a frame on your shelf. You do notice out of the corner of your eye when the photos change or when there is a video playing, but otherwise it's very unobtrusive.After downloading the app, you select photos and simply send them to the frame over WiFi. You can also attach a USB drive or an SD card into the frame if you want, but it has onboard storage to store thousands of photos. I'm not sure you'll ever need to use the slots on the back.The power supply fits in the back well and it's easy enough to keep the cord out of view. I hate visible cables, so I was happy to see the frame is designed such that the cable is easy to hide. Of course this will depend on your individual setup, but it should be easy to hide the power cable.I have also noticed it turns itself off. I haven't played too much with the settings but I assume there is some sort of timer you can set.Speaking of dealing with the frame's settings, there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust them from the app, you can only do it from the frame itself. It's a touch screen, which is great and easy to use, so it's not too big of a deal, but it would be nice to be able to adjust the settings from my phone.Once the photos are on the frame, you can't adjust them or centre them, which is a little irritating. You can't zoom in, or adjust the position of the photos or anything. You select on the app what the "most important" part of the photo is and it does the rest of the work. It would be great if you could fine tune the placement. If having the photos slightly off centre will irritate you, you may want to take a little extra time on the app to sort everything out.Overall, however, I'm very happy with the performance of this frame. It's added a little ambiance to my living room and the quality of the photos it displays is really good. It's a little on the pricy side, but since it's essentially an android tablet with a frame around it, it's not a bad option for flexibility and versatility.
