Is it suitable for low porosity curly hair? I am 3B.

I think it will be great for 3b low porosity hair. I have 2c/3a and low porosity hair and it works wonders for me.

Can this product be used on caucasian hair?

Yes. I use on all my clients for rollersets, along with Sebation Wet styling product balances out both products not greasy very defined soft feeling curls no flakes. I only use one pump of the cream, and I emulsify in my hands first then apply to wet hair then add on Sebation Wet second roll up under the dryer they go. I've been using for years. If your hair is frizzy, dry I also use In European hair.
