Ever since I was a teen, I struggled with balancing my pH and was prone to getting yeast infections from overly producing yeast. I tried so many things and had prescriptions that worked temporarily, but shortly after the medication was out, the aggravation of a reoccurring yeast infection or UTI was not far behind. When I came across this Step 2 and Step 3 regimen, I was instantly intrigued to find that I had heard of pretty much all the active ingredients and that what I was putting into my body were things I was familiar with. There is a 30-day supply of Step 2, which is 60 capsules (I take 2 each day), and Step 3 only requires 15 days, with 1 capsule a day that can be taken simultaneously with water as Step 2. There is no taste, and the capsules are easy to swallow with water. I have noticed a significant difference since adding these to my routine in a good way and have not had any UTI’s since taking these. I have felt more balanced, so I am confident these have been effective. Although I find the $54.99 for a month's supply a little high, I can say they are effective and would recommend them as a useful option.

I wanted to try this product because I have seen this brand advertised quite frequently on TV and I sometimes have issues with the good bacteria being out of balance. I also read some of the reviews and overall it appears to be a great product. What I didn’t realize is that this is part two and three of a total cleanse. This did not come with the flush which Uqora recommends be taken with part two and three. Part two is supposed to cleanse your biofilm and support your bladder health. I recognized all of the ingredients except for D-Mannose. I looked it up and it is a type of sugar that is supposed to bind to microorganisms and flush them out. Part three is a probiotic combination to maintain healthy bacteria and yeast levels. It also contains something called lactoferrin, which I had not heard of. I looked it up as well and it is supposed to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties as well as other health benefits. You only have to take it for 15 days. I have been taking it for about a week now with no adverse side effects. I don’t really know if I can tell a difference yet but I believe in these ingredients. They also include information guides with each product and these guides contain links to research and other resources. I will update as I continue to use.

I am a firm believer of Uqora products. This one proves to be a good supplement to use in addition of your other products from the same Uqora line. They definitely help aid in protecting a healthy bladder and function . I often suffer from UTI and these have been a life saver in protecting myself before I feel one coming on.
