I've been using the Oakter UPS since January 2024. It worked well for more than a year and provided reliable backup during power cuts without any issues. A few days ago, I noticed that it had stopped giving backup even though it was charging properly. I contacted Oakter support, shared the details they asked for, and after checking the issue they agreed that the unit needed to be replaced. The support team was responsive throughout the process and handled my case without unnecessary back and forth. While it's disappointing that the UPS developed a problem after about two years, I appreciate that the company stood behind its product and processed a replacement. I am using this Oakter Mini UPS with my Airtel Fiber router with an excellent power backup. It is worth every penny. It is compatible with Airtel Fiber and AirFiber Routers as to my experience. Writing this review after exactly 1 year of usage. At start it gave 3 hrs of back up approximately. Later in 6 months it downgrade to 2 hrs till month of 8-10. After exactly 1 year it does not work for 15 mins now. So after one year you cannot claim the warranty and this is useless now.
