Even refurbished this is a good usable laptop. Worked fine out of the box. No problems after a month. Of course, you may want a larger screen (who wouldn't?) and maybe want a little higher spec model, but for the price, EXCELLENT value.

Battery life is about 3 hours or so. Somtimes the screen won’t come on unless you plug it in and it will still be at 50 percent battery. Other times you have to press the power button and wait for a while. But it’s all good. It works good for my spouse and I. We only use it for 3d printing, cricket designs and sublimation type stuff. The top layer did start pilling up but they made it right and took care of me. Easy set up. The size is good not crazy big but big enough to see.

I am very pleased with the condition and function of this lap top. The battery is nearly full strength and there is no visible damage or indication of wear. They put a skin on the outside, I assume to cover any marks or scratches, but this computer is in such good shape, I doubt there could have been much. My only complaint is some bloat wear added for "PC app store" that commandeers the computer at first, literally blocking you from doing almost anything else until you open an account, CC and all. I managed to finally get past it to settings where I could go in and delete that app. It is not the same as the Microsoft app store. Other than that, it is almost undistinguishable from a new laptop. UPDATE: I really liked this laptop, the size was perfect and it seemed to be working like new. A couple of months later, it just stopped working. I don't know what happened, one minute it was working fine, the next it was dead. Black screen. Nothing. I had assure, so I sent it in and they couldn't fix it. If I didn't have assure, I would have been out for the whole thing. I m so glad I back up everything on an external drive. I recommend you do that also, no matter what computer you have!

I received this laptop last week under Amazon's excellent condition statement. While the laptop is good and I had no issues with the battery, screen, keyboard, or ports, my expectations for excellent condition were higher. I don't regret buying it, but I thought I would share my hands-on experience, hoping that it can help someone else make an informed decision. 1. I didn't receive it in its original package. I was fine with it, as original packaging isn't always expected for a used device. 2. I didn't receive the original Dell charger; instead, a third-party charger was provided that works fine so far. 3. There are no visible scratches on the body of the laptop or the screen, but strangely, it is wrapped with a gray plastic wrapping, which I have not removed. I don't know if there are scratches or dents under that. 4. The keyboard in my device is not backlit, which is a shame. Ideally, the seller should disclose this in the advertisement, as it could be a deal breaker for some. 5. There is no fingerprint sensor, so I have to live with a pin and a password 6. The Windows 11 on the laptop is activated, so no issues with that. It also works perfectly with major Linux distros like Ubuntu or Mint.

Highly recommended for students and if you work from home! The physical condition is excellent, it’s lightweight and the setup and performance was easy. Battery life is excellent, looks brand new! Was very pleased and for the price, I bought two.

Bought this laptop for school work only. Nothing extraneous gets done on this laptop. Currently having issues where the whole machine freezes. Not even a ctrl alt del works. I have to hard crash it out. It's not getting hot to touch. The battery life drains really fast, and there were a few scratches visible on mine for it to be excellent condition. I expect my PC to work efficiently when it's less than a year old.

It is high-quality for work, very fast, and has a great screen size; the quality is superb and it has plenty of internal storage. I recommend it 100%.

Esta computadora iba bien hasta llegar al 50 % de pila, lo cual sucedía en 50 min aproximadamente. Después de ahí se iba descargando la pila muy rapidamente, casi no duraba 15 minutos encendida. Hice la devolución a inicios de febrero y no ha procedido. No la compren, evítense todo el proceso

Es el producto más feo que he visto, parece que la compu la sacaron de la basura. No volvería a comprar equipos renovados en Amazón, además se equivocaron en el cargador, la laptop necesitaba tipo C y enviaron circular. La laptop bien maltratada.

No me sirvió porque no detectaba el DD y no se pudo configurar por tal motivo lo regresé y ahora estoy esperando mi devolución.

No la pude usar porque venía configurada nada más para correo escolar o de trabajo, nunca me dejó configurarla, la tuve que devolver y todavía no me han reembolsado
