what is the animal with the black band around its middle?

My 2 1/2 year old grand daughter asked the same question. My wife and I thought it was a quoka. But manufacturer says it is a Guinea pig.

What animals does this include?

I can't remember all the different animals, we bought it for our granddaughter who is 3 and her brother who is 4, both use them fairly often.

Are the markers also washable?

I bought this as a gift. I don’t know if the ink is washable but I know the boy enjoyed it.
