I’ve been really happy with this sugar. I use it in my coffee, baking, and especially my homemade kombucha, so I get plenty of use out of it. I like knowing that it’s organic and fair trade, and the taste is really good—clean and not overly processed tasting. The price is great for the quality, too. I’ll be buying this one again.

I purchase this brand and type of sugar every time its available for me to do so. I haveblood sugar issues. Not outright diabetes but its a problem. Regular sugar doesn't agree with me. This however taste great and more importantly does agree with me. I use it 1 for 1 as sugar and it doesn't give me any issues. Its perfect in my homemade Vanilla Ice-cream. The value is great as is everything i use it for.

After using every last ounce of it, I can confidently say it is a staple that outperforms standard grocery store white sugar. Unboxing & First Impressions: The sugar arrived in a thick, heavy-duty plastic bag. Because 10 pounds of sugar can easily burst during shipping, I was glad to see the seams were tightly reinforced. Unlike standard refined white sugar, this organic cane sugar has a very slight, beautiful blond tint to it. This indicates it is less processed and retains a hint of the natural molasses from the cane plant. Real-World Performance & Taste TestThe Flavor Profile: The taste is incredibly clean. It provides a deeper, richer sweetness than highly processed white sugar without altering the flavor profile of delicate recipes. Texture and Solubility: The crystals are slightly larger than traditional table sugar, but they dissolve beautifully. I used it to make simple syrup for cocktails, and it dissolved flawlessly without leaving any grittiness or cloudy residue at the bottom. No Clumping: Even without transferring it to an airtight container right away, it resisted moisture and did not turn into a hard brick. Cons:Bag is Resealable, but is very difficultto get the ziplock mechanism to close: This is the only major downside. Once you snip the top open you will absolutely need a large, airtight food storage container or bucket to store 10 pounds of sugar safely away from ants and moisture. Slight Tint: Because it isn't bleached, it will give stark white frostings or angel food cakes a very subtle off-white cream color. Final Verdict:This bag is an absolute must-buy for avid bakers, homesteaders, or anyone who does a lot of seasonal fruit canning. If you only use a spoonful of sugar a week for coffee, the bag is too large and difficult to store. But for high-volume kitchens, the quality and savings cannot be beaten.
