I wanted to get a natural organic laxative for constipation and this tea actually works. It was easy to make, I drank it at night right before bed, it didn't taste bad, and I had no stomach pains or cramping and was able to use the bathroom first thing in the morning. I take GLP1's and often have problems going to the bathroom and this is the first thing I've found that I feel like actually works for me.

Very bitter but can be a requirement taste once drinking enough, do drink slowly as it is a Chinese medicine. The color is nice and the quality of it is quite strong for beginners.

These tea bags don’t come with a string but the do come with a bamboo tong to take the tea bags out! This tea has a very bitter aroma and an almost like peppery taste….I added some honey to it to give it a little kick until I’m able to handle it plain but it’s really nice and comforting! it’s doesn’t taste bad at all depending on the person😂 if u don’t like really natural flavors don’t get this lol!
