I am actually impressed. I ran out of my usual GNC multivitamin., and decided to get this brand. The quality and strength are very good. The value excellent.

Although a solid capsule, 1 isn't too hard to ask to take a day!
Easy to take! Yes it's a bit of a chunky capsule but not horrible to swallow since you only need one a day and that's very convenient. I can't really tell if it's doing anything, with this sorta stuff you kindo fjust take in good faith and home you'll me superwoman in a month or at least better off than you would've been without them... I do see my pee bright yellow which happens with vitamins/offing excess so that's good! Definitely not placebo then at least.
