Quality of puzzle is very good. The image is sharp. The material is firm, not cardboard. All of the pieces are cut very neat and without any ragged edges. The non-image side is ink stamped with a matrix of letters that actually make sorting the puzzle pieces into image groups much easier, nice feature. This feature actually makes it easy to complete the puzzle image side down to apply a back if the puzzle is to be displayed. Very pleased with this purchase.

Had a picture of my husband and I made into a puzzle. It came out great. Bright color and clarity. My husband loved it. Easy to put together and he ended up framing it Great gift!

I got the 500 piece Horizontal puzzle with high quality. It only allows one image so I actually went into my drawing app and created a custom puzzle including 8 images of my little ones and paint splatters. I was a little skeptical but went ahead any way, and I can not tell you how amazing it came out. I was beyond shocked with the quality of the pieces them selfs and the clarity of the images. I will be buying several more when and if I can afford them. The pieces snap and hold together great I can even pick up the entire puzzle with one hand and it does not come apart. The letters on the back were helpful with the plain white pieces that were in my image. It also arrived sooner then stated too.

Absolutely came out great. I purchased this as a gift for someone and the actual picture came out great and the detail was superb. There was only one piece missing after it was completed and glued and the company was very gracious and asked if they could send me another puzzle to make this situation right.

looks nice. there are some pieces that have the image slightly peeling back. Looks like the cutter didn't do the best job making clean cuts like maybe it was dull as I had to take a large amount of pieces apart once I first got it. The seller was helpful and compensated for the blunder. Side note it really makes a big difference to make sure there is a backdrop that has variations in it. I used a picture of 2 people and a cat against a white wall and it makes it much less fun to do the puzzle and much harder because you have to go by shape being that the backdrop is all one color. Positive note is that the manufacturer put letters for different sections on the backside so I noticed the kids were flipping the pieces face down to find how they went together. then flipping them face side up. Longest it has taken to do a puzzle for us. The next one I have made I will make sure there are more variations in the picture I use.

Really neat! Good quality. Made out of wood so dont use puzzle glue to seal it. Use clear wood glue.

Got these, twice, for relatives. Used a local site photo for one and a family trip pic for the other. The 1000-piece puzzle became a family project after a big snow storm. They liked the puzzles so much they're ordering their own.

Ordered for a Christmas present and didn’t come until beginning of January. Once received it does seem to be pretty good quality. I like that the pieces are wooden. The quality of the picture is very nice as well! Once it’s finished we plan to frame ours! The only other issue I’ve noticed, besides the very delayed delivery, is that on some of the pieces the edges do peel up a little bit but not really much of an issue. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would most likely order again.

This puzzle is of excellent quality, with sturdy, well-cut pieces that fit together perfectly. The design is vibrant and detailed, making the assembly process both challenging and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
