Ooooooohweeee it works!!!
Wow. This stuff is the REAL DEAL! But do not under any circumstance take this on an empty stomach. It gave me an ulcer. It was 100% my fault. I also took ashwagandha too and that and the black seed burnt right through my stomach. Oops. I’ve never found a black seed oil this strong! Impressive. I have tough stomach so I’m surprised for sure.

This seems to help me when I feel run down or have been exposed to someone who is sick. I use it as an immune booster, and I have been happy enough with it that I try to always keep it on hand.

Stomach Burns so bad
I had this pill at 8 AM the first day and it didn’t affect me at all. I had this pill at 8 AM the second day and I spent 20 minutes in the bathroom dry heaving, trying not to puke the pill up even though I had it with a full meal. I didn’t want to throw up my breakfast or the pill. The third day I had this pill at 8 AM. It made me run to the bathroom three or four times before work and my stomach was killing me like I was getting an ulcer for about four hours. My stomach finally started to feel OK after 12 o’clock noon. Just cramps. Severe cramps like when I had an ulcer before five years ago. This is way too strong for a healthy stomach. I never eat fast food or processed foods so I should have started at 5% like everyone else. This is 20% and I’m now questioning if it’s putting a hole in my stomach. I never ever ever get heartburn and this definitely gave me heartburn as well and the feeling of death. So I need to stop taking it. I am not sure how anyone else in the world takes this and is OK with it. I cannot return this because I threw the bottle away and put the pills in a pill sorter. But I am sure as hell going to try.

Not what I was expecting
I don’t think I have any effect on my body and health, it’s not what i hope for and it’s not oily just a off white powdered substance in a capsule
