Reordering
Have been taking this product for about a week now and saw the first parasite come out of my body. Just reordered!

There is a way to take it to avoid the intensity!
Yes this is really potent but please take it with an oil/fat/a bite of food at the beginning of your meal. Start with half a capsule. I usually add half tsp of ghee in warm water and take the pill. Remember it's a seed that's used in middle eastern cuisine. Its only been a few days so will update.

This seems to help me when I feel run down or have been exposed to someone who is sick. I use it as an immune booster, and I have been happy enough with it that I try to always keep it on hand.

Stomach Burns so bad
I had this pill at 8 AM the first day and it didn’t affect me at all. I had this pill at 8 AM the second day and I spent 20 minutes in the bathroom dry heaving, trying not to puke the pill up even though I had it with a full meal. I didn’t want to throw up my breakfast or the pill. The third day I had this pill at 8 AM. It made me run to the bathroom three or four times before work and my stomach was killing me like I was getting an ulcer for about four hours. My stomach finally started to feel OK after 12 o’clock noon. Just cramps. Severe cramps like when I had an ulcer before five years ago. This is way too strong for a healthy stomach. I never eat fast food or processed foods so I should have started at 5% like everyone else. This is 20% and I’m now questioning if it’s putting a hole in my stomach. I never ever ever get heartburn and this definitely gave me heartburn as well and the feeling of death. So I need to stop taking it. I am not sure how anyone else in the world takes this and is OK with it. I cannot return this because I threw the bottle away and put the pills in a pill sorter. But I am sure as hell going to try.
