No, not just the waistband. All of the fabric has some spandex except the crotch lining which is 100% cotton.

There is a size guide available that converts inches to size. I used it and decided to go up one size and ordered xl specifically wanting something not too tight. my latest All cotton Hanes size 7 are too small My size 7 in jockey still fit These Innersy have good stretch and very comfortable and the size up might not have been necessary but they still hold on very fine without dent marks.

They do not ride up at all. I have work out in them, work in them and even slept in them and do not rise. Thanks
