I purchased the Silvery Grey and the color I ended up with was a light, ugly brownish color! My hair is 90% grey/white already, I just wanted to add a little smoky grey to it, so my hair would be pretty again. I absolutely hate this product and this color! Does this company not care that their product is turning people's hair the wrong, ugly colors? Sure doesn't seem like they care. I should have read ALL of the reviews and Amazon should drop them as a vendor. My hair felt like straw, instead of the softness is has always been.

Great Quality and covers A lot

It didn't go well. I went through the whole process and it ruined my hair. I bought gray dye and it turned out orange or bronze. I had to use a number 2 guard on the clippers. I'm so embarrassed to go out and have everyone laugh at me. So embarrassing.

Ive been using it for almost a year. I bought several bottles and have not achieved the gray look like in the picture. It definitely lightens your hair. I went from a dark brown to a very light blonde with it but no gray. I hint of gray like highlights, but after one regular hair wash with shampoo its just blonde. I bought another bottle thinking maybe I got a bad one, but no gray
