I was never too concerned about the flavor, as long as I could drink it. It tastes like a flavored seltzer. As far as glucose control, it seems to work very well, within reason. I had 2 chicken thighs coated with breadcrumbs, plus a fairly large baked potato. I started out with a glucose of 98, and it never went higher than 110 for the next 2 hours. And OF COURSE(!) I put it to a REAL test. I had a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on 2 thick pieces of sourdough toast, having one of those individual fruit pies for dessert. My glucose went from 110 to 205. Gotta keep it real, I guess.

I love this. I'm diabetic and am often thirsty. Nothing quenched my thirst like these sparkling waters, and they taste wonderful. No sweeteners whatsoever, but wonder natural tasting fruit essence. I love all three of these flavors. I had tried the sea berry and disliked that flavor.

Not sure what it does for my blood sugar but makes drinking water easier

VERY GOOD PRODUCT but the price little too high.

Excellent. Drink as directed helps me not crave sugar after eating. Flavor is subtle, is not fruit soda, but is delightful to drink before and during meal. Comes BEAUTIFULLY & sturdily boxed so no worry about dented cans. Spoke with supplier who said they’d replace any damaged cans if occurs.
