So I've been taking this since the 9th of June 2025. And I have to say, I've noticed some big changes. I was like skeptic about all of this, but I tried it I think I'm on my third week maybe. I bought this herbal mixture mainly because I saw some videos on it for parasites and I thought okay that's cool I'm getting ready to do parasite cleanse why not add it to my regiment. I did some research on it and went off of the oregano for a week and then dropped it down to one gel cap with breakfast. I bought some black cumin seed oil to take on its own in the evening. So be careful you should take a break from taking oregano occasionally. If I could give this company a hundred Stars I would because I am blown out of the water even when I take a break from taking the oregano black seed I don't crave sugar at all. My only theory is is the candida in my body was dictating for me to eat sugars and snacks. Honestly I brag about this to everyone especially people that struggle with their weight. Within one month I went from 238 to 220 and I'm continuing to drop. It's literally like a miracle.
