I have always had an iron difficiency. Iron supplements have never helped me and have given me other issues to boot.This stuff works and is simple to take. I drink it with at splash of oj as soon as I wake up. Then I get ready for the day eating breakfast about a half an hour later.For the 1st time in years I can sleep without socks and I can give blood, my iron is at a normal level. This item is exactly what I've been looking for. My doctor prescribed me iron, but my body has a hard time absorbing it. The liquid version is much easier on my system. I uze it daily & order it with Amazon Prime so it comes straight to.my house quickly. I only wish each packet had a higher level of iron. Other than that... works for me.

Fast acting - love the product. Liquid iron is faster acting and more efficient than the pill of 300mg my Dr. gave me. With the pills it took 3 months to get my iron level back up. With the liquid iron my iron was back up within days.

Best way to take iron. Easily digested. I will actually take this. I've been anemic most of my life . I absolutely hate pill supplements. They cause terrible intestinal distress. S
