My puppy cannot get enough of these...he goes nuts for them. I started buying Wellness food on the recommendation of my vet and several other people as he was really little when we got him - 'the runt' of the litter - and now he is thriving so I figured we would stick to the brand with the treats. I am wondering if this company puts something in these as my ordinarily sweet and snuggly little toy Australian Shepherd completely loses it when he sees the package or we even go near the area the treats are kept. He actually got the treats and took them into his bed and it was an ordeal trying to get them away from him - see attached picture. These are excellent training treats. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars. In addition I did research on this brand (I have a coworker who had a pet die due to contaminated/recalled pet food and this is a concern for me) and wellness has an excellent track record. These treats have never been recalled so far as I have been able to see.

Our dog is not a puppy but a small breed, her bite is very gentle and she loves this treat which we use for training
