I just got my order, it was putting it into a container and it seems almost damp, kind of sticking together which does not seem right?

I know that sea water is toxic (to kidneys etc).. does this salt's high moisture content actually has the seawater?

It’s not the water itself that is toxic, it’s the salt in the water and our kidneys’ inability to rid our body of all that salt. That’s if you are drinking sea water for your water supply. We cannot expel enough salt and eventually actually dehydrate. But there is nothing innately toxic about sea water or sea salt. If you drink fresh water there’s no problem using sea salt for seasoning.

can you use this in a grinder? if not is it coarse or fine?

If you want you can use a grinder, but usually you just use a little spoon. This salt is between coarse and fine, but it is to use as a table salt

Is this the same salt that is in the 4.4 oz container?

If a 125 grams is the same as 4.4 oz then the answer is yes!!!
