ほんのり塩味があり、餡かけ物にかけて酢を少々！ チャーハンに具材ごとまぶしたりラーメンや鍋物にも！ 山椒はあまり効いてないので欲しい人は山椒入りのラー油を混ぜるといいかと思います。

料理人だったので、リタイアしてからも、中華街で購入していました。 美味しさ充分知っています。アマゾンさん、ヨドバシさん、販売している事を知ってどちらでも購入しています。 ピリ辛欲しい時少し入れると料理が引き立ちます。美味しいですよ。 使って見て下さい。 トマトスパゲッティに入れると美味しくなります。

ちゃんと辛くてうまい。
ただ辛いだけじゃなくて、具の旨みもあって食べごたえある。 餃子とかラーメンに入れるだけでかなりいい感じになる。 量もしっかり入ってるし、辛いもの好きなら普通に満足できると思う。

Retighten lid!
If you like chilli oil then you’ll love this! Just one small point on receiving break restraining plastic seal and retighten the lid…I found the couple I bought to be loose and prone to leaking! Enjoy!

Lecker, scharf und einen Versuch wert!
Das Chiliöl ist leider zu meinen Standards geworden seit ich es zu einem Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen habe. Dies verzeiht mir mein Körper bis heute nicht. Es ist schon recht scharf und sehr aromatisch. Kann es für Leute die es etwas hotter mögen wirklich empfehlen!

Wer scharf mag und dazu noch einen tollen Geschmack von gerösteten Chilis für den gibt es wohl nichts besseres als dieses Chiliöl

Achtung hoher Preis
Schmeckt absolut hervorragend und ist sehr schön scharf. Allerdings lieber im Asiamarkt kaufen, da es dort meistens deutlich günstiger ist (5-6€ statt hier 9-11€)
