Dead On Arrival
Cannot comment on 1) flavor. Will not be “easy to grow” based on their condition on arrival. There is no “value for money”. Had they arrived alive, I would say they were expensive. But, online options were limited. All in all, Clover Garden has a lot of work to do in improving their packaging technique and the quality of the products they ship. Summary: arrival condition=DEAD!

Don't be afraid...
..,to plant cilantro EARLY spring, because if you wait too long, it will be way too hot for cilantro plants to survive! Love the fragrance and the taste, but at this time, my cilantro growing is over! But I did enjoy it early spring! The cilantro plants "might" survive past springtime if somehow the plants could be moved to a much shadier location after springtime!

Product not as shown, plants wilted and dying upon delivery.
Item not as depicted in description. Plants almost dead upon delivery, and only about 2in high. Planted immediately one plant died. And the other starting to grow. But still only about 3in high after 8 days..

Bad timing is all
Once planted, they bolted. I think it's because of the mini heat wave we had that week, or the location I chose changed sun exposure to trick them into reacting to late summer or early fall conditions. Maybe both. I'll try again.
