DEEBOT X9 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop, Blast™ 16,600 Pa Suction, OZMO Roller Instant Auto-Wash Mop, ZeroTangle™ 3.0, Triple Lift System, AI Smart Navigation

I have a 1600sq.ft. rancher that is 85% hardwood. The other 15% being 3 carpet throw rugs for the doors to the outside and tile in the bathrooms. I also have no pets. First of all it mapped the whole house within 10 mins without issue. I then set the unit to vacuum and mop at the same time. I also put the suction on "quite mode" because hardwood floors vacuum easily and don't need high suction (this also extends the battery life). I also set it to ramp up suction automatically when it detects that it is on the carpets for the doors. Carpets need way more suction then hardwood floors. The cleaning pattern was set to standard which does the best job while also conserving battery use. The water level for the mop wetting was set to 15%. The floors are never hugely dirty (no kids. and no pets) so I told it not to empty the dust bin until the whole house was cleaned and as clean as I thought the house was, the dustbin was full after it was done. What impressed me was all the dirt it found on low suction that I never even knew was on my floors. The results are the whole house vacuumed and mopped in 2 and a half hours without having to recharge. The battery also had 24% charge left on it. Now if my house was mostly carpeted and I had messy kids (mine are moved out) and pet hair all over the place the unit would of had to recharge at least once. The great thing is though is that if it does need to recharge it knows how much of the house is left to get done and recharges enough to finish the job instead of charging all the way to 100% which saves time. It navigated all obstacles with ease and traversed all transition strips without a hitch. My wife now frequently comments about how good the floors look after the X9 has finished mopping them. I think the fact that it uses a roller mop that is constantly cleaning itself while scrubbing the floor instead of the disk style mops that are only cleaned at the station is the reason for this. Also the people that I read in the reviews complaining about it returning to the base station to clean the roller to frequently or always emptying the dust bin when it has no dirt in it, or they cant turn the robots voice to off just haven't spent enough time studying the app. All these complaints can be remedied through the app which in turn can also extend the battery life. The only thing is that even though it ran perfectly the one thing I can't vouch for is the longevity of the unit. How many years am I gonna get out of it. It better be a long time. We'll see. Every other brand I considered always had somebody who said their Ecovacs, RoboRock, Eufey or their Roomba was junk and wouldn't buy them again. So I went with the brand that had the most 5 star ratings and smallest ratio of one star ratings which was the Ecovacs. Also "Vacuum Wars" gave the X9 their number one rating too. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Ótimo robô. Limpa como nenhum outro. Tem quer se atentar que esse robô precisa de configuração, tipo a parte de IA por ex. Precisa de um wi-fi 2.4 sólido. Precisa ter a câmera limpa com umas certa frequência. E precisa usar o líquido da ecovacs para limpeza. O robô e perfeito para meu uso, onde a maior parte da casa e piso frio. De novo... Já tive várias marcas de robô e nenhuma limpa como esse.

I recently purchased the ECOVACS DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI Robot Vacuum and Mop, and i just wanna share my experience here. 1, its smart navigation features are truly impressive. The robot is equipped with a camera and a fill light, allowing it to see clearly and accurately avoid obstacles even in complete darkness at night. I especially love that the Ecovacs App can connect with my Apple Home kit. This makes it incredibly convenient not just for me, but also for my roommate to manage and start the robot easily from our phones. 2, its sweeping and mopping capabilities are outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the mopping function. The water tanks in the OMNI station are user-friendly and easy to handle, making refilling clean water and emptying dirty water a breeze. Although the floor felt a bit too wet after the first mopping session, it was perfect from the second time onwards. The cleaning results for both vacuuming and mopping are far superior to what I could do manually (better than my roommate, lol) 3, the design of this robot is very stylish. It has a modern look, and the OMNI station is more compact than I expected. I placed it in my second-floor living room, and it doesn't take up much space or look out of place at all, blending in seamlessly with my home decor. Overall, the DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI is great robot vacuum and mop. It not only has powerful cleaning abilities but also excels in smart features and design. It's a fantastic choice for improving your quality of life.

Although vacuuming and mopping sound like easy tasks, doing them regularly can be very annoying and time consuming on top of other chores. In the past, we’ve always been arguing about who should vacuum the house, but luckily now we have the vacuum and mop robot, and we are confident that it will put an end to that argument — from now on, we will just reply on it to keep the house clean. We received it a few days ago and have already started to use it. We’ve been impressed by its performance. In general, we think it is “smart”enough to do its job. It scanned the area and created a map on its own. During cleaning, it detected obstacles and avoided them automatically. It could distinguish hard wood floor and carpet and adjusted accordingly. It went back to the base station automatically for dust collection whenever needed. After the vacuuming and mopping, we could tell that the floor was clean. The app was easy and intuitive to use. After the initial setup, we could start the job by one click. We could see its route from the app, which we found quite useful and it was also possible to adjust the cleaning area if needed. Maybe just one small downside: in general, it was quiet during cleaning, but the dust collection was a little bit loud. But we are not bothered by that, because it only lasted a few seconds. Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase, and this robot really saves us quite some time and energy by taking care of the routine cleaning job in our house.

We’re extremely impressed with the ECOVACS. My husband had just vacuumed the entire house, and we ran the X9 Pro right after just to test it. Surprisingly, it still picked up hair and dust our regular vacuum missed — the 16,600Pa suction is the real deal. The OZMO ROLLER self-washing mop keeps floors noticeably cleaner, and the AI navigation make it super low-maintenance. The OMNI Station handling the emptying, washing, and drying is a huge bonus. Overall, powerful, smart, and truly convenient. The X9 Pro OMNI feels like a major step up from both traditional vacuums and other robot cleaners we’ve tried in the past. If you want a deep clean with almost no effort, this is absolutely worth it.
