I’ve been using this Bosch for over a year now and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing to see if any issues popped up, but it’s been running perfectly since day one. ​A few things I love: ​Water Savings: I was actually surprised by how little water it uses. If you’re conscious about your utility bills, this is a huge plus. It’s super efficient but doesn't sacrifice the wash quality at all. ​The Steam Feature: This is the real winner for me. The steam cleaning process is beautiful—it gets the clothes so much cleaner and crisper than a standard wash. Everything comes out looking brand new and perfectly handled. ​Zero Stress: Usually, with big appliances, you expect a glitch or a weird noise after a few months, but I’ve had absolutely no problems. It’s reliable, quiet, and just does its job. The best washing machine i ever have... with no noise

I purchased this Bosch washing machine about a month ago, and I’ve used it only twice. It suddenly started showing a “-10” display and an E05 error. I raised a service request, and the technician said it might be a voltage or control board issue. He ordered a new control board and replaced it. Before the repair, the machine at least powered on and displayed the error. After replacing the board, the washing machine doesn’t even switch on. I’ve tried contacting the technician multiple times, but he is not responding. This has been a very disappointing after-sales service experience for a brand like Bosch. I expect a prompt resolution, either by repairing the machine properly or replacing it under warranty.

Overall, the product is quite impressive, but there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, particularly in the installation process. Ordered on 16th Jan and delivered on 18th Jan25 for best price as per current market values(₹30990/-.) Let me write cons first Cons: Installation & Demo: Feels like there is no control of amazon on installation. As I did not have 5A to 16A converter there was no demo. This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions. Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront. Pros: Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials are high-quality, and it seems built to last. There’s no flimsy plastic or cheap parts – you can tell the brand put effort into the durability of this model. Smooth Operation: The washing machine runs smoothly without any loud noises or weird sounds. It's incredibly quiet during operation, and washing clothes is efficient. No complaints about the washing performance – it gets the job done! Vibration Control: One of the standout features is the low vibration. It doesn’t shake excessively, even on spin cycles.

Fantastic machine and Performance is very good. On time delivery with good delivery associates. But installer is not good as he was interested to sell accessories to sell us, which he brought along with him. And he has not given proper demo and instructions that, how to use machine. Better amazon people must send bocsh peoples to install instead of amazon peoples.

I cannot explain how the product is useful in my daily life. Thank you Saller and Bosch too. It's very very good washing machine.

Good experience

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by Bosch. While my shopping experience with Amazon was excellent, Bosch's customer service was completely unsatisfactory. The installation was delayed without proper communication, and the assigned technician, Mr. Rizwan Khan, behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner during the installation process. I purchased this machine with high expectations, but Bosch's poor service completely ruined my experience. It felt like Bosch broke my trust and threw my dream into the dustbin. Because of this unacceptable experience, I decided to return the machine. I sincerely appreciate Amazon for understanding my concern and making the return process quick, easy, and hassle-free. Amazon's customer support was excellent, and they handled my issue professionally. I request Bosch to investigate this matter, improve its customer service, and ensure that customers are treated with respect in the future.
