I’ve only been taking this 8 days twice a day and only lost 2 lbs. However I do have more energy, eat less and the bloating in my upper stomach has reduced. Hard to say if it’s working because I have lost some weight, but there’s days where I look worse. But I think if you used it with meals, it would work best. Has no taste, but I’m old and gets stuck in my throat. I don’t think it gives me energy or sleep, but I’ve got it for weight loss.
