SYBO SR-CP-100B Commercial Grade Stainless Steel Percolate Coffee Maker Hot Water Urn for Catering, 100-Cup 16 L, Grey

This is an amazing company. I reached out to them for tech support when my urn stopped working 8 months after I purchased it. They responded immediately, didn’t put me through a ridiculous troubleshooting process and warrantied it with a new one right away. I must admit, I rarely write reviews, so they definitely made an impression!

Excellent customer support, quick and responsive. In a time when it is very difficult to get clear communication with some companies, we had timely positive responses from Sybo. It's clear they have customer service folks looking after the company and the customer. Very impressed.

I purchased two of these coffee makers. One 100 cup and a 50 cup. The 100 cup didn’t seem to be brewing correctly. After troubleshooting it I contacted customer support. They replied immediately simply requested photos and a screenshot of the invoice. The same day I received an email stating that they would send me an immediate replacement! I had expected a hassle but in this case my I was pleasantly surprised! And I’ve found it to be a great product!

I am disappointed given how high this item is rated. Bought this for large family parties to brew tea. 1) this says 100 cups but doesn't spell out it's a 5 oz cup. I wish the product description spelled that out. It's clearly written in the instruction manual but if you don't do the math before hand to convert the liters to ozs you can be misled. 2) The water gauge in front seems to trap the water in there like a vacuum. After the brew cycle the water remained clear so I was freaking out. I opened the top and saw the tea bags in the coffee filter were clearly brewed. I dispensed tea but the gauge never really reflected the color of the brewed tea so that threw me off. Worse! Cleaning it is was difficult! Water got trapped in the house and it is not easy to clean out? I had to make several attempts to flush out the pale tea colored water out of there. It worries me tea could be trapped in there until the next time I used it 3) This heats up hot! You will need to have oven mitts on hand if you intend to shift its location after brewing. Please plan ahead. I read the instructions carefully so I was prepared to handle the hot urn. Overall it did the job but frustrated by the water gauge that traps water in it! This part should have been engineered better.

I purchased this coffee urn for my high school. It works vewry well and makes great coffee. The instructions are easy to follow and the urn is easy to clean. I had a small issue at one point, but once I contacted SYBO customer support my issue was resolved. The customer support team responded in a timely manner and they were very easy to work with. I wopuld purchase from this company again.
