Out of nowhere, I started experiencing hypnic jerks/twitches before falling asleep. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much this supplement helped. Since I started taking these supplements (one per night), the hypnic jerks have gone away almost entirely. I also have no digestive issues taking this supplement.
