I have been using curology and in my experience it’s hit or miss with their facial cleanser. Sometimes it works really well, sometimes it doesn’t. However this product really gets my skin and is way more cost effective. Don’t get me wrong I still use everything in the curology kit because it works for me and is amazing on my skin, but this boosted me to the next level having helped to clear my skin in a way that my main cleanser from curology just couldn’t quite get to. It also helps my hyperpigmentation so much I’ve consider using it on other parts of my body lol. But this stuff can also mess you up if not careful. It’s STRONG, do not exfoliate before using, it will burn your pores open for you! I thought I would have chemical burns because I exfoliated before use, luckily my skin is tough and it didn’t effect it to that extent. Love it, it’s a life saver!

It only been 15 days and I can already see a difference. I am an Asian Latino older woman who has battled hyperpigmentation since my 40s. I have tried prescription treatments, lasers, peels, retinol, vitamin C serums you name it. This line is starting to fade my spots gently if my skin gets too irritated it produces more pigmentation. Twice a day I use the urban skin rx even tone cleansing bar, then take a 1/2 pea size of the urban skin rx retinol rapid repair & dark spot treatment with a pea size of la roche-posay lipkar triple repair moisturizing cream extra dry for body and face. I mix it together in my palm and apply it on my face, neck, and décolletage. I tried to apply the urban skin rx retinol treatment directly and it was too drying which is counterproductive with my skin. A little goes a long way. You can leave the urban skin rx even tone cleansing bar soap on your face for 3 minutes once a week for a mini peel. I will continue to use both products and see if the trend continues. If it doesn’t I will update my review. So far so good and no breakouts which is amazing with my sensitive acne prone skin. Make sure you use a sunscreen with this product. I use la roche-posay anthelios ultra light SPF 60. It’s light non clogging, good for sensitive skin, and it stays on in the water up to 80 minutes. Happy so far!

I had bought many creams over the years for my spots, but this is the first one that I feel has an effect since the third day, the truth is very impressive, I do not give it 5 stars because the truth is strong, I am not a person with delicate skin, but this cream is strong, when I apply it I feel burning and my skin feels delicate, but it fulfills its function in 3 days I have even spots that no longer exist, but I don't know at what price because I don't know if it's too strong, I have skin that is so sensitive in parts that it's one step away from saying that it hurts... in other parts of my face the first layer of skin came off... the truth works, it removes the stains but it is super strong, it meets its objective but I don't know at what price... I hope this feeling is normal.

This item is really great and it works fast however it will have your face stripping and when using it is best to use sunscreen also it leave my face smooth like I am a young baby definitely recommend

Doesn’t work like I thought it would. My dark spots are slightly less dark, but not much. This product didn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all and I was able to start using it daily after just a week. I have used it for about 2 months now and the difference is not very noticeable. I have used better products.
