this product has arrived, half crystallized inside the bottle I feel it puts me at risk of broken glass from the dropper, which is very lightweight. I was able to use some from the top which was still liquid. But now the dropper will not go in, and I cannot tighten the lid because the crystallized part interferes. What I did use seems good quality and helpful.
